Best Bachelorette Party Ideas

A bachelorette party is meant to be great party fun for the bride-to-be with her close girl friends.

Similar to a bachelor party , it is a celebration of friendship, showering your love and blessings. It is also a time of bonding, sharing, laughter, games and letting your hair down.

Well, as the maid-of-honor or best friend, you may want to organise an unforgettable and most memorable and FUN bachelorette party for your beloved girlfriend. The party is a mark of the end of a milestone of her life as a single girl and your sincere blessing to her, for her new journey as a married woman.

Planning a bachelorette party for your best friend is the best gift for her, it is a time to let her get away temporarily from the stress of her wedding planning and a time to have fun.

Here's some best bachelorette party ideas:

1. Weekend getaway

How about spending a weekend away with all the girls to a nearby spa resort or island for diving and snorkelling? You can get a head to toe treatment like facials, massages, mud baths, seaweed wraps, manicures and pedicures at such getaway places.

Or choose to go to a nearby state or town for some shopping spree. A weekend get away is a great time for sharing and laughing. Really getting away from the stress of working and the wedding planning. This may be the only time where all busy girlfriends get together to rekindle those good old days. Married girlfriends will have less time for such activities together. Take into consideration the budget as the the bride-to-be have to pay for her coming wedding. Discuss with your single friends if you all can chip in to sponsor this trip as a gift for the bride-to-be.

2. Sleepover party

Do a sleepover like you used to do when you were little girls. Eat deliveries like pizzas, Chinese takeouts, chips and tacos. If it is a cold night, get cosy and share your scariest ghost stories and share huge blankets. Come on, have your pillow fights and dance on the bed until you have no more energy left! Or you can rent all your favourite movies and do a movie marathon.

3. Spa party

It can be an elaborate spa party at a hotel or resort if you have a big budget. Some spa even offer buffet, movies and an area for your bachelorette party. Your spa party can also be held at a friend's home, just grab some spa music, different types of essential oils, aromatherapy oil burner, rent or borrow electric massage chairs, some nail polish and equipment, bath accessories etc you are ready for a fun and relaxing time!

4. Star gazing

Go camping at the great outdoors. Sleep under the stars. Have a great time just chatting and sharing your thoughts, dreams and future plans. Believe me girls can really talk when they are together. This is one great bonding activity.

5. Sporting events

The bride-to-be is a sporty girl? Why not buy tickets to tournments or football league? Or arrange a game of golf, hiking, horse riding or Gold Karting. If she is into adventure or extreme sports (assuming the rest of the girls too), why not try dirt track biking, sky diving or bungee jumping? Check with your physician before you embark on these extreme activites. Get the rest who do not attempt such extreme activites to be the "cheerleaders". Get everyone a role to do including bringing the picnic food and binoculars. If you can't join in, watching extreme sports is also fun.

6. Shopping, eating and dancing

How about accompanying your bride-to-be on a shopping spree followed by a great meal at her favorite restaurant and end it by dancing at a disco club? Or book a high tea at a historical venue, have a long walk at the historical trail and end it end a country dancing club or Mexican dance club?

7. Hollywood Glam

Book a hotel room and get everyone to dress up as their favorite Hollywood star. Of course you should give the bride-to-be the tiara and the veil if you want to. Let her choose and wear something that out shines the rest of your friends in this party. Afterall, this bachelorette party is held in her honor. Surprise her by blindfolding her up stage to recieve the awards. Be creative you can give her Best Girlfriend of the year award, Best looking bride to be award etc.

You can put together a funny video of her and your friends. Pop champagne or have water gun fights and have a great spraying time.

8. Visit places of interests

Image you have a time machine and you went back in time. Why not do what you did when you were little girls? Visit the farm and have a time of fun playing with the farm animals. Visit the amusement park or zoo. Lick on lollipops, attack ice cream and popcorns. How about going to the observatory or museums?
